The Chef’s proposal is a real immersion in the waves: from the freshest raw fish, tartare and carpaccio, served with julienne of vegetables, aromatic herbs and light emulsions, to the hot seafood and the great classics of seafood cuisine; the common thread of the Aquamarina menu, from appetizers to dessert, is the deep knowledge of the ingredients and respect for the raw material.
